Replacement Policy

Our Replacement policies are the most reliable in the market.

We credit your account immediately if the following occurs:

1. Loan request does not meet your criteria

2. Duplicate lead( Lead already sent to you earlier)

3. Wrong State

4. Borrower is underage

5. Prospect is not the property owner.

6. Borrower not able to understand the language.

We generally cannot credit your account if the following occurs:

1. Borrower intentionally acted interested to the rep but is not interested to speak to you.

2. Borrower has a very low credit, not enough equity, very low income.

3. The borrower was just shopping around.

4. You can’t get a hold of the borrower again.

The credit on the leads is accepted only within 48 hours from the time lead has been sent. No credits will be entertained after that. If you have to dispute against a lead, please mark it as disputed in your portal and click submit, also shoot an e-mail to us to notify about the same.
